To accomplish our mission of improving the health of people in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Moses Taylor Foundation prioritizes four Focus Areas designed through an intensive process of community input and data review.
Individuals in Northeastern Pennsylvania have equitable access to high-quality health care services
Older adults in Northeastern Pennsylvania have access to high-quality, age-friendly care and other health supports tailored to meet their needs
Schools in Northeastern Pennsylvania have the supports necessary to maximize their potential as a setting to improve the health of children
Nonprofit organizations in Northeastern Pennsylvania are effective, resilient, and well-resourced

Our grantmaking is primarily focused in Lackawanna County and the immediately surrounding counties, though we welcome requests from an 11-county region.
