As of December 1, 2024, we have moved to a new Grantee and Applicant Experience.
The new portal will simplify the application process by enabling users to have a single account to manage all funders using Blackbaud Grantmaking in one consolidated portal. You will be required to securely sign in with a new Blackbaud ID or use an existing Blackbaud ID if you use other Blackbaud products. You will not need to create a secondary login if you already use a Blackbaud project such as Raiser's Edge.
Please be advised that the application history for requests made before December 1, 2024, will only be available until August 1, 2025. We encourage you to download and save any previously submitted applications and reports before August 1, 2025.
All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Foundation’s online portal.

Please bookmark https://bbgm-apply.yourcausegrants.com/apply/applications to access and return to your applications and requirement forms; and add noreply@yourcause.com and grants@mosestaylorfoundation.org to your Safe Senders List.
We encourage organizations to allow additional staff to access the application and forms by enabling the sharing feature.

Grantees can log in to their portal account to view and submit reports. Report templates with submission deadlines are posted in the portal shortly after your request is approved. You will receive an email notification when the reports are ready to be viewed—as well as automated reminders before reporting deadlines.
